TerraSand, the high quality, eco friendly manufactured sand is one of the prime choices of among individuals and construction companies across South India. TerraSand is produced from the high quality hard rock mines located at Kasargod, Kerala, the prominent site for this natural resource. The superior quality, proper gradation of fines, smooth surface texture and consistency in production parameters of chemically stable TerraSand offer greater durability and higher strength to concrete by overcoming deficiencies like segregation, bleeding, honey combing, voids and capillary Excessive mining of riverbeds has already started harming our eco system and the substandard quality of available river sand poses threat to the safety and longevity of concrete constructions. TerraSand, the outstanding quality rock sand is the perfect alternative as manufactured sand is being used globally by construction industry nowadays.
Nosta Heaven
An artificial intelligence integrated Retail Entertainment Center having open shopping plaza and a park where people can walk, shop, eat and enjoy. It will be enriched with artificial forests, lakes, kids play area and other entertainment centers giving a unique experience of Robotics, AR and A. These will be built under energy-efficient, green, sustainable and creative architectural techniques. Retail space density in India is low at less than 200 sq.ft per person today and Nosta Heaven will be a highly scalable business. The initial target will be metro cities within 10-15 acres of land. Each project is estimated for 700 Cr INR (100 million USD) with a break-even target of years. The expected average footfall is 75000 – 150000 with average consumer spending of 1000 Cr INR.
